Philanthropy

Our President & CEO emphasizes in multiple articles the importance of donating time, money and resources back to the community to help build the weak parts and those who can’t help themselves. It is with that same spirit that we help to create opportunities for charitable organizations that we strongly believe in. Hence, we are committed to “HomeAid” every time a loan is funded. HomeAid was founded in 1989, by the Orange County chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIA/SC), an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). HAA, then provides support services for all the chapters in the form of licenses, insurance policies, legal templates, marketing plans and materials, regional and national conferences, online forums, and other means of support.

HomeAid has provided housing for more than 240,000 individuals who have been rendered temporarily homeless due to circumstances beyond their control, including:

  • Abused children
  • Victims of domestic violence
  • At-risk teens
  • Returning military veterans
  • Those who are temporarily out of work
  • Victims of natural disasters and other catastrophes

Business philanthropy, is very important to our business model. Giving back to our community and to those in need, is what builds a stronger community, economy and business.
