Bill Rapp has been in commercial and 1-4 SFR Non-QM real estate finance for 21 years. He is taking on the role of the Capital Advisor for Medallion Funds LLC. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station with a BBA in Finance.
Over the past twenty years Bill has taken on a variety of roles in the financial services sector at various stages of the economic cycle. Beginning in 2002 Bill started working with Wells Fargo Financial in Killeen, TX as a credit manager. Over the years Bill also worked with large household corporate lenders such as Nationstar Mortgage and Sutherland Mortgage Services as well as several smaller boutique brokerages. This unique blend of experience is what gives Bill the experience and the product knowledge that serves as the basis of the beginning to the end knowledge of the financing process.
