He has been responsible for origination, managing and overseeing different distribution channels including and not limited to loan origination teams, building teams of finance professionals, profitability, strategic partnerships channels, and executive leadership. Under his leadership, Franco and his team have been responsible for billions in funding loans, nationwide.
Previously a Regional Senior Vice President at a large federally chartered bank focused on real estate finance, he served as the head of Commercial Lending managing various strategic partnerships in a revenue growth-oriented capacity. Franco brings institutional expertise with a client-first, goal-focused approach.
He currently serves as the Director of Capital Advisory and Growth Officer for Medallion Funds, managing all aspects of its growth including pipeline management, training referral partnerships in deal structure, acquisitions, developments, recapitalization, and growth with tailored capital and execution strategies.
